ALL returns must be made within 7 business days of purchase. If a product is faulty and returned within 7 days a 100% refund will be processed within 2 days. If a product is returned because of a ‘Change of Requirement’ it must be returned within 7 days of purchase, unopened and in saleable condition, a refund will be paid within 2 business days but will incur a 20% restocking fee. An extra fee will also apply if you need us to arrange a courier to collect the leftover material. All ‘Change of Requirement’ returns are at the discretion of Soundproofing Products Australia.
